As we celebrated 25 years of Christian education, FBA’s leadership and Board of Trustees embarked on a thoughtful journey to assess where we are and envision where God is leading us next. The result is our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan—a vision for the future rooted in faith, growth, and community.

Shaped through collaboration among board members, faculty, staff, parents, and students, the plan outlines four key initiatives designed to define who We Are, cultivate academic excellence, engage our parent community, and prepare our facilities for future growth. Together, these initiatives will empower students, equip teachers, and strengthen First Baptist Academy for lasting impact.
