Tuition not only covers books, curriculum, and school activities, it is the combination of experiences, community, and invaluable Christian Education that FBA students experience every day. We look forward to working with you through the admissions process and will help you each step of the way.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
First Baptist Academy offers need-based financial aid for Bridge Kinder-Eighth Grade applicants with funds provided from the Annual Fund and other donations to the school. As FBA grows, so do the number of requests for financial aid. Although the school diligently tries to meet as many financial aid requests as possible, award amounts cannot be guaranteed from year to year.
In addition to need-based financial aid, additional subsidies and discounts are offered as listed below.
APPLICATION PROCESS
FBA partners with Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to manage the need-based financial aid application process each year. FAST provides a convenient online tool that guides the applicant family through the required information.
The completed application is due in February 2, 2025 for returning families, and by February 17, 2025 for new families entering FBA the following school year. Please open the link below to review our financial aid process for Bridge Kinder through Eighth Grade.

Subsidies & Discounts
HFBC Membership Discount
Houston's First Baptist Church (HFBC) provides a 15% member subsidy for PreK3-Eighth Grade students. To receive the HFBC membership discount, you must be confirmed as a formal member each year by July 1.
Sibling Discount
First Baptist Academy provides an annual sibling discount of $500 for the first sibling, $1,000 for the second sibling, and $1,500 for the third sibling.
Alumni Discount
First Baptist Academy/Northwest Academy Alumni receive a $500 per year discount for each student who attends FBA for grades PreK3-Eighth Grade.
