10 Years of 100 Percent Giving Participation from Faculty and Staff

Each school year, we kick off the annual fund giving season by going to our faculty and staff and asking for a gift of any amount, with a goal of 100% participation. Our hope in striving for this goal year after year is to continue to build upon the culture of generosity at FBA from the inside out.

When those carrying out our mission, vision and values each day choose to give, it sends a meaningful message to our broader community. Their participation reflects a shared belief in the impact of an FBA education and a commitment to the students and families they serve.

We are proud to celebrate 10 consecutive years of 100% participation from FBA faculty and staff in giving to The Warrior Fund. This milestone is a powerful reflection of the generosity and commitment that help shape the First Baptist Academy community.

The Warrior Fund is an important part of annual giving at First Baptist Academy. For current families, it is an opportunity to support the school community their children experience each day. For prospective families exploring a Christian private school in Houston, it offers another glimpse into a community that believes deeply in its mission and invests in the people, programs and experiences that help make an FBA education distinctive.

Each fall, information about The Warrior Fund is shared with the wider FBA community, inviting families, grandparents, alumni and friends of the school to prayerfully consider how they might participate. Every gift, regardless of size, becomes part of a larger culture of generosity that supports the mission of First Baptist Academy and invests in students today and in the future.

That spirit of giving begins with the faculty and staff who serve our students each day and continues throughout the Warrior community. Together, that generosity helps strengthen the programs, resources and opportunities that support student growth and reflect FBA’s commitment to equipping students with the Truth of God’s Word while developing their character, intellect and potential to Explore, Create, Challenge and Lead.
