Welcome
The early school years provide the educational foundation that students build on for the rest of their lives. At FBA, we understand how critical this foundation is to the students' future success. Our teachers use textbooks from the nation's most respected publishers and stay current on the latest educational findings through ongoing continuing education opportunities. Prekindergarten through fifth grade students have daily instruction in:
- Reading/Language Arts
- Science
- Math
- Bible
- Social Studies
- Physical Education
Students also have weekly instruction in:
- Computer
- Fine Arts
- Music
- Spanish Language
- Library
Qualifying children in second through fifth grades are eligible to take part in Innovations, our gifted and talented program.
Our faculty stresses the importance of experiential learning. Through off-campus field trips and on-campus activities such as the first grade Teddy Bear Picnic and the third grade presidential elections, students discover how their new knowledge has real-world application. The director of our gifted and talented program, Innovations, partners with classroom teachers to create hands-on units of study that will take all students to higher levels of learning.
As students build this strong educational foundation, our goal is that they also grow in the Word of God and come to develop a close, personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
