Financial Assistance

First Baptist Academy offers need-based financial aid for Kindergarten - 8th grade applicants with funds provided from the Annual Fund and other donations to the school. As FBA grows, so do the number of requests for financial aid. Although the school diligently tries to meet as many financial aid requests as possible, award amounts cannot be guaranteed from year to year.

In addition to need-based financial aid, FBA also offers alumni discounts and sibling discounts for all eligible applicants. Houston's First Baptist Church provides a 15% budgeted subsidy for families with students enrolled in PreK3 - 8th Grade. Membership at the church as of July 1, preceding the year of enrollment will be verified with Membership Services of Houston's First Baptist Church.

APPLICATION PROCESS

FBA partners with Financial Aid and School Tuition (FAST) to manage the need-based financial aid application process each year. FAST provides a convenient online tool that guides the applicant family through the required information.

The completed application is due in mid-January for returning families, and by mid-February for new families entering FBA the following school year. Please open the link below to review our financial aid process.
