More than 100 professionals serve on FBA's faculty and staff. Among them, 42 faculty members hold bachelor's degrees, five hold master's degrees, and one holds a doctoral degree. Nine faculty members have more than 20 years of experience in education. Our faculty receives ongoing training in Gifted and Talented instruction and incorporates these strategies throughout the curriculum. Additionally, the Director of our Gifted and Talented Program teaches a hands-on active learning unit to all students in 1st through 8th grades. Small group sessions are offered to provide challenging problem-solving opportunities that allow participants to think deeply, creatively, and to develop confident leadership skills.
